Micro Wedding Weekend | November 2022

E & G first stayed at The Inn in 2021 when we opened our doors, and immediately fell in love with the property. They returned for multiple stays and decided that The Inn was the perfect location to host their destination wedding weekend. For their wedding, they wanted to focus on delicious food that was not only safe for the Celiac bride and her family, but that also had a lot of variety for their other guests to enjoy equally. E & G rented the entire property for their wedding weekend, and it turned out to be a gorgeous 75 degrees and sunny the entire time… in November! Friday night as guests arrived to Berlin they were able to come over to The Inn for a welcome dinner, with a large BBQ spread, wines and an assortment of beers available, an ice cream sundae bar, and to relax around the fire pit. Saturday, the bride and groom requested their favorite Eggs Benedict for breakfast, followed by the bridal party getting ready, and the rest of the overnight guests heading into town to wander around until the celebrations later on in the day. The ceremony began in the late afternoon on the front lawn, followed by cocktail hour with a large spread of appetizers on a grazing table. The 4 course seated dinner happened after that, in the dining room, and dessert was a choice of carrot cake wedding cake, apple pie, and Boston cream pie. Sunday morning the wedding guests were invited back to The Inn to enjoy a huge breakfast feast, and to say their goodbyes before heading back home. It was a perfect weekend, and we are so happy that E & G had the wedding of their dreams.
