check in / check out

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Late arrivals can be accommodated with prior notice, please contact the innkeeper for instructions regarding entry into both The Inn and your room.

The option of self-check-in is available for anyone who prefers to limit face-to-face interaction, or who is arriving to The Inn after 6pm. You will receive and email with instructions for self-check-in one day prior to your arrival. Please be sure to let us know what type of check-in you prefer when booking your stay.

Can I access my room early?

In order to allow enough time to complete our advanced sanitation procedure in each room, no early check-in or late check-out requests will be granted.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11:00 am. We would be happy to store your luggage if you decide to spend some time after check-out in Berlin.

reservations & payment

Where can I find the best rate?

You'll always enjoy our best rate when you book directly with us, either online or by phone. If you find a better rate for the same room for the same dates elsewhere within 24 hours of confirming your reservation, call us. We will match it, guaranteed.

What forms of payment are accepted?

All of our reservations require a deposit by credit card, and we gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

What is your deposit policy?

To confirm a room reservation, we require a deposit of half of the total amount of your reservation. All major credit cards are accepted.

What is your policy for additional guests?

Room rates are based on double occupancy and as such, we have a maximum of two guests per room, and no capacity for additional beds or persons per room. Access to the guest rooms is for registered guests only, but guest-accompanied visitors are welcome in the common areas of The Inn. Please let us know if you would like to have any visitors join you for breakfast, at an additional charge.

Can I reserve a room for any day of the week?

Beginning September 1st, 2023, our booking availability may look a little different as you are reserving your stay. We are not accepting check-ins on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, or check-outs on Wednesdays. What does this mean? Well, you can still be our guest on a Tuesday or Wednesday, but you would need to arrive on Monday (or earlier) and depart on Thursday (or later). Fridays and Saturdays still require a two night minimum stay. For any reservation questions, feel free to shoot us an email!

Can I reserve the entire inn?

With 5 lovely guest rooms, The Inn can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (based on double occupancy). Whole property rentals are given private use of the entire inn including the common areas and outdoor gathering spaces. Get in touch via email or phone for more information on renting the entire inn, our availability & pricing, and all the ways we can make your stay extra special.

What should I do if I need to cancel a reservation?

Please let us know as soon as possible either via email or phone if you need to cancel your reservation. You can find our full cancellation policy here. Due to the small size of our inn, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations and we firmly adhere to our cancellation policy. You have until 7 days prior to your arrival to cancel or move your reservation; we will refund your deposit less a 15% processing fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, regardless of the circumstances, your reservation will be charged in full and is fully non-refundable. Reducing the length of stay or an early departure is considered a cancellation.

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to cover your existing or future stay, so that you can book with confidence and be reassured that you have the appropriate protection should there be travel restrictions or health emergencies.
